Every analysis we produce is de-identified under HIPAA expert determination, where a qualified statistical expert formally certifies that the risk of re-identifying anyone is very small. We’ve scoped it with a recognised expert, and the determination will be ours rather than a third party’s, so the same standard applies to every source.

We don’t sell patient records. We don’t share anything identifying a person, a physician or a practice without agreement. We don’t need your medical charts - the operational record of authorizations and claims is what matters.
